The arrow in the header tells if price fell or rose, the color of the trade indicates sell/buy side.

The bottom section shows, a scrollable view, of per-minute aggregated statistics including VWAP, traded volume, and the number of executed trades.

Some traders use traded volume and number of trades already as a mild signal showing regime change from calm market to busy market and vice versa.
