Currently, only sub-accounts under a single Bitstamp main account are supported.

Orderly uses a single private WebSocket subscription. While all sub-account activity is included, accounts from different Bitstamp main accounts cannot be reliably separated.

Using multiple main accounts may result in missing or misassigned updates.
